Totally inept, inadequate management team. Dim Slyman is lazy, zero communication skills. Keeps travelling in it's current direction probably will not exist in the not to distant future. Has totally lost direction. Time to clean house or go by the way of the dinosaur.

I have worked on site for 7 months now(mainly as a contractor but now directly for Centurion)and I have learnt so much in that time and enjoy my job.The safety standards are very similar to working on a mine site complete with personal Take 5's everyday.Everyone seems positive and just want to get on with their work.I have recommended friends and family members to work here recently also.It seems like a progressive place to work and if you have the right attitude and apply yourself you will go far with the company.
